Better do campaigns with not a lot of people (I think 5 or 6 needs to be good?), then you can do them with more, but the DM would need to be prepare and maybe if he has beginners in the game, them , their place is in the little groups like this they learn the basics and then they can go in bigger groups. Then, I'm a beginner myself in the game so your video help a lot
